Our premium X-POLE X-STAGE is the industry-leading portable dance pole system. Unlike permanent poles, the X-STAGE is completely freestanding, making it perfect for homes, event venues, garages, party rooms, and many outdoor locations (weather and surface permitting).

We'll deliver the equipment, professionally assemble it, ensure everything is safe and secure, provide a brief overview of its operation, and return after your event to disassemble and remove it. No tools, no installation, and no hassle.

Features

The X-Pole Stage features a freestanding, ceiling-independent design with a 5-foot circular podium, 10’ overall height, 9’ usable pole length, has both static and spinning modes, and has a 330 lb weight capacity.

FAQs

The X-POLE X-STAGE requires a clean, level surface with approximately a 5-foot diameter for the stage. You'll also need adequate overhead clearance for the selected pole height and enough room around the pole for participants to move safely.

Outdoor setup is available under certain conditions. The installation area must be level, dry, and protected from rain, excessive wind, mud, or uneven terrain. We reserve the right to refuse installation if weather or site conditions are unsafe.

Our standard rental includes 24 hours from the scheduled delivery time. Need it longer? Contact us before booking for multi-day pricing and availability.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to our rental policy and equipment availability.

We understand accidents happen! Please wipe up any food, drinks, lotions, or other spills as soon as possible to help prevent slipping and protect the equipment. Excessive cleaning, stains, or damage beyond normal use may result in deductions from the security deposit.

The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during the rental period. Following pickup, the equipment will be inspected. If damage is found, we will provide documentation and an estimate for repair or replacement. Repair costs will first be applied against your security deposit. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit, you will be responsible for the remaining balance as outlined in your Rental Agreement.

No detailed cleaning is required. We simply ask that the equipment be left in reasonably clean condition, free of trash, food, beverages, tape, adhesives, confetti, glitter, body oils, or other substances that require excessive cleaning.

No. For safety reasons, the equipment may only be assembled, adjusted, relocated, or disassembled by Party Pole Iowa. If you believe something has shifted or become loose, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

Yes. Every person who intends to use the pole must sign a Participant Liability Waiver before using the equipment. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
